Bittu Tabahi real name is Surender Singh Choudhury. He is around 21 years old as of Sep 2026.

He says that his first praise was from Anand Mahindra for the river cleaning. After Anand Mahindra publicly praised him on social media, Bittu opines that many prominent personalities came forward to praise him.

In many of his videos, Bittu Tabahi has stated that he has suffered from an infection in his legs and hands.

For 8 months, he didn’t tell his family and parents about the cleaning work that he had been doing.

His mother works in the health department, and his father supports her. He admits in an interview that his family’s financial condition is quite good.

In a podcast, Bittu showed that he possess IPhone 7.

His father wants his son to get a government job.

Based on his river-cleaning experience, rivers in Indian cities can be cleaned in 4 – 5 days if adequate machines and manpower are deployed.

In a recent interview, Bittu Tabahi stated that he has not earned any money even after going viral for the right reason.

He is doing studies right now. He is now well-known in his college, and his professors respect him.

He has two sisters, both of them married now.

He is planning for cleaning of more ghats in the coming days and months.
