Kalyan Bainsla’s lawyer Naveen Bainsla, in conversation with NDTV’s Shiv Aroor, has alleged that the video uploaded by Sia Chauhaan is only one part of the video. He also alleged that there were nearly 28 riders who were causing nuisance on the road. However, he failed to prove the point on how the action of his client Kalyan Bainsla was not an attempt to murder to Sia Chauhan.
Meanwhile, the brother of the victim, Sia Chauhan (Shivani), while in conversation with NDTV, has opined that her sister is doing alright now. The brother reveals that her sister informed him immediately after the accident.
As per the brother, her sister told him that the white car was chasing her bike continuously and also made lewd gestures towards her when their car came too close to her bike.
The brother says that the family demands immediate arrest of the accused Kalyan Bainsla and that an example be made so that there are no future incidents like this.

Kalyan Bainsla, the prime accused, has strongly denied the claims and has stated that there is more to the story than what is shared by the women rider.
During his talk with Aajtak, Kalyan stated that nearly 20 – 22 bike riders were harassing his ongoing car with their bikes. Kalyan opines that the bikers were constantly speeding and braking in front of his car, which caused him frustration.
He however, acknowledges that he had a verbal banter with the lady biker and told her to drive slowly and safely. He also said that his car hit the women bike rider however he opines that he felt bad about it.
Victim to file an FIR
The women who was hit by the white car has now said in her Instagram story that she will be filing the FIR against the Car driver who tried to kill her. She also requested that she doesn’t want to come on camera. She is being bombarded with requests by news channels and is not willing to show her face.
Who is Kalyan Bainsla?
News is going viral on social media and on news websites also that the man behind the wheel is Kalyan Bainsla, who is from Palwal. As per news reports, the owner of the car serves in the Indian Army and is currently in Assam for his duty. During the conversation with a news channel, the owner claims that his friend had requested his car keys two days ago and that the friend handed the car to another man (allegedly Kalyan Bainsla) who was behind the wheels at the time of driving.
The white car was chased down by the friend of the woman bike rider, who eventually confronted him at the red signal. However, the man in the car fled from the signal immediately.
It is being reported that Kalyan Bainsla is in hiding and has switched off his mobile. He has also deactivated his Instagram profile, but curious people can get to know more about him from his facebook page.
As per his Facebook profile, Kalyan Bainsla runs a gym by the name of KBT.
Car Driver intentionally hits Women Bike Rider in Gurugram
A disturbing video started doing the rounds on social media, where it appeared that a lady bike rider was intentionally hit by a car under the guise of overtaking her. The woman bike rider shared the video on her Instagram
The woman alleged that she was chased by a white car which had drunk man. The driver behind the wheel was forcing the woman bike rider to stop the car, which she denied, and then sped up her motorcycle. As per the woman, the denial to the man enraged him and deliberately hit the bike while changing lanes and overtaking.
